WRIGHTWOOD INDUSTRIES / LEGAL

Terms & Conditions

Important information about enquiries, quotations, orders and using this website.

Last updated: 3 November 2026Wrightwood Industries · Smithfield, NSW

These Terms & Conditions explain the general conditions for using wrightwoodindustries.com.au and requesting information, quotations or products from Wrightwood Industries ("Wrightwood", "we", "us" or "our"). Wrightwood Industries operates from 24 Justin Street, Smithfield NSW 2164.

Important: This website provides general information and a way to make enquiries. A quotation, purchase order or other written agreement accepted by Wrightwood may contain additional or different terms governing the actual supply of goods and services. Those agreed terms take precedence for that order to the extent of any inconsistency.

1. Use of this website

You may use this website to learn about Wrightwood's capabilities and contact us about timber packaging requirements. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or upload unlawful, misleading or harmful material.

We may update, suspend or change website content or functionality from time to time.

2. Information about our products and services

Wrightwood manufactures timber packaging solutions including custom crates, cases and boxes, pallets and skids, dunnage, precision cutting, custom builds and export packaging.

Descriptions, photographs and examples on this website are for general information and illustration. The specifications, design, materials, quantities and suitability of any particular product will be confirmed as part of your quotation or order.

3. Enquiries and quotations

You may request a quotation using our online enquiry form, by email or by telephone. To assist us, please provide accurate information about the products or equipment to be packed, including relevant dimensions, weight, quantity, destination, handling requirements, drawings and photographs.

We aim to provide quotations within 24 hours, although complex requirements, missing information or workload may affect response times. Sending an enquiry does not create an obligation for Wrightwood to accept an order or supply a product.

A quotation is subject to any conditions, inclusions, exclusions and validity period stated in that quotation.

4. Orders and made-to-order manufacturing

An order is confirmed when the parties agree to the relevant quotation or order details and Wrightwood accepts the order. Products are generally manufactured to suit the agreed requirements and specifications.

Customers should review and confirm supplied drawings, dimensions, weights, load characteristics, site access and transport requirements. If requirements change after an order is accepted, we will discuss any resulting changes to price, scope or delivery timing before proceeding with the variation.

5. Lead times and urgent requirements

Our usual manufacturing turnaround is 3–5 business days, depending on the type and scale of work. This is a standard estimate, not a guaranteed completion date unless specifically agreed in writing.

Lead times may be affected by the scope of the job, material availability, confirmation of specifications and other circumstances. If you have an urgent requirement, contact us to discuss what may be possible.

6. Prices and payment

Product prices, applicable GST, freight or delivery charges and any other agreed costs will be specified in the relevant quotation or invoice.

Our standard payment terms are cash on delivery (COD), unless otherwise agreed. Any alternative payment arrangements should be confirmed in writing. Payment methods and due dates are as stated in the relevant quotation or invoice.

7. Delivery, collection and freight

Wrightwood provides delivery across Metropolitan Sydney and coastal areas from the Central Coast to the South Coast, subject to the requirements of the particular order. Delivery availability, locations, costs and timing will be confirmed when quoting or accepting an order.

Please tell us about any relevant delivery restrictions, site access, unloading facilities or special handling requirements. Any freight arrangements outside our standard service area must be separately agreed.

8. Export packaging and certification

Wrightwood Industries is AWPCS ISPM 15 certified (Registration No. 442). Where export-compliant timber packaging is required, tell us the destination and any applicable requirements when requesting a quotation.

The packaging and treatment or marking requirements applicable to a particular order will be confirmed in the agreed specifications. Destination-country import rules and shipment requirements can vary, so customers should also check any requirements imposed by their freight provider, customs broker or destination authority.

9. Changes, cancellations and returns

Because many products are custom-made, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order. We will discuss the stage of production and any reasonable costs or adjustments relevant to the request, subject to the terms agreed for the order and applicable law.

Custom-made products may not be suitable for return simply because requirements change after manufacture. This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

10. Product issues and statutory rights

If you believe goods or services do not match the agreed specifications, contact us promptly with your order details and an explanation of the issue so we can assess it and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

11. Customer drawings and intellectual property

You confirm that you are authorised to share the drawings, specifications, photographs and other material you send us for quotation or manufacturing purposes. You permit Wrightwood to use that material as reasonably necessary to assess and fulfil your enquiry or order.

Unless otherwise agreed, supplying documents to Wrightwood does not transfer ownership of intellectual property in those documents. The Wrightwood name, logos, website text and other website materials are owned by Wrightwood or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

We take care to keep website content useful and current, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from a temporary website interruption or reliance on general website information instead of a confirmed quotation or specification.

13. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and updates

These website Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any applicable mandatory laws.

We may update these website terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes to website terms do not automatically alter the terms of an order already accepted by both parties.
